Pricing

A small site pays one flat annual fee. Above the fair-use quota you pay for what you use, at our own provider’s price plus three tenths. Every account stops at a limit, and a new account’s limit sits on the quota, so usage cannot bill you until you move it.

All prices are final prices. mosswood is a small business under § 19 UStG and charges no VAT.

€5.00 a year

  • Visits a monthAbout 5,000
  • Traffic a month2 GB
  • Files on your live site200 MB
  • Forwarded mails a month100

Per account, and the same every month. It is a fair-use quota rather than a perk for each site: one site or five, it is the same two gigabytes. Usage above it is billed at the rate table below.

Above the quota, you pay for what you use.

  • Per million requests€1.49
  • Per GB transferred€0.09
  • Per GB stored, per month€0.03
  • Per 1,000 forwarded mails€0.32

One rate table for every account, and one line per site on the invoice. There is no larger plan to move up to and no volume discount to ask for.

You set the limit where paying stops.

  • Limit on a new accountThe fair-use quota
  • Notice before you reach itAt 80 %
  • At the limitServing stops
  • Counted acrossEvery site in the account
  • InvoicedMonthly above €5.00

A new account's limit sits on the quota until you raise it yourself, so usage above it is never billed as a surprise. The flat annual fee is separate and applies either way - the limit caps usage above the quota, not the fee.
